Puro Hotel Krakow Review

Puro Hotel Krakow Poland

Poland’s newest boutique hotel chain has taken the Polish hotel market by storm with their innovative and tech savvy hotel concept. At the forefront of the boutique hotel industry are companies, like Puro, who have decided to combine unbeatable central locations with the tech comforts and modern, sleek feel of boutique hotels that us travellers have come to love.

With the love of boutique hotels strong in our blood, on our recent visit to Krakow we knew we had to stay at The Puro Hotel and we were so happy that we did. Upon arrival, guests are given the option to check-in with one of the friendly front desk staff or to take advantage of a self check-in kiosk, similar to one you would find at an airport check-in. Taking one look around, you will notice the bright colours and interesting art installations which immediately invigorate the soul, unlike the sterile feel of business hotels.

After a short ride to the top floor, we were happy to explore our compact but functional suite. The suites at Puro Krakow are situated on the top floor of the hotel and have amazing windows that extend along the ceiling, filling the separate living and bed rooms with an amazing natural light at all times of the day.

In staying with their tech forward theme, each room is controlled by a bedside tablet, making it super easy for you to order room service, turn the lights off or control the rolling blinds, call to the front desk, and so much more, all from the comfort of your bed. Your stay can be complemented by a delicious breakfast buffet spread with a couple of hot dishes, many continental options, and a coffee machine. If you, like us, sometimes miss that morning wakeup, a 24 hour coffee machine in the lobby provides guests with complimentary coffees to enjoy in the bright reading space or to go.

And to top it all off, Puro Hotels are centrally located, with the Krakow location being right opposite the main train station and shopping centre and an easy 10 minute walk away from the beauty that is the Old Town. And when you thought that all this couldn’t get any better, then you look at the price of the stay and you don’t get the overwhelming feeling that you have overspent your budget like other hotels of this calibre, and you leave knowing that you got the best value for your hard earned dollars. Make sure to check out Puro Hotels on your next visit to Poland because we know it will be our new favourite Poland hotel option in the future.
